Can I return or cancel my order?

All sales are final — we don't accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Every order is made to order and goes straight into production based on the exact quantity ordered, so once it's placed, we're already getting your treats ready! 🐾

What can I do if I received a damaged or wrong order?

If the outer packaging is seriously damaged or your toys arrive broken, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. Once verified, we'll ship a free replacement. 🐾

The vacuum bag looks a little loose — is that a problem?

Nope! Slight air leakage in vacuum-sealed freeze-dried bags is completely normal and doesn't affect freshness or safety. Use with confidence.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages in transit — full peace of mind from our warehouse to your door.

Wrong address — can I get a refund?

Unfortunately no. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us right away and we can update the address for you. ✏️

Where do you ship from?

All of our products ship from our warehouse in the United States. 📦

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! We currently ship to:

The United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico)
The United Kingdom (UK)

How long does it take to get my order?

Processing: Orders begin shipping within 10 days of being placed. Since each order is made fresh, we take a little extra time to make sure your pup gets the good stuff.

In-transit (US, 48 contiguous states): Once shipped via USPS, your package typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

In-transit (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other US territories): Expect an additional 4–7 business days after shipping.

In-transit (United Kingdom): Packages ship via Royal Mail (or a comparable carrier) and typically arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Please note: tracking updates may pause briefly while your package clears customs.

When will I get my first box?

For new subscribers, your order is processed as soon as it's placed. It typically takes up to 10 days to prepare and ship, plus the transit times listed above. As soon as your box leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your pup's paws. 🐶

When can I expect my monthly box after that?

After your first box, you can expect each monthly shipment to follow the same rhythm — we begin processing your next box around your renewal date, ship within 10 days, and then it's on its way! Most subscribers receive their box by the end of each month. You can always check your shipment status anytime from your account dashboard.
